Processing

Most orders are packed and shipped within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow for additional processing time during sale events and holiday periods.

Domestic Shipping

You will receive tracking information when your order has been processed. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping

Transit Time

Transit time does not include processing time (see above).

As of now, we only ship within Canada. However, stay tuned because we will be expanding internationally in the near future. Keep an eye for our updates for any changes regarding shipping destinations.

If your package has been marked delivered for more than 7 days, we recommend you to reach out directly to the carrier for more information.
If you have not received tracking information of the order, we might still be able to change your shipping address. Please reach out to support@sparqcreations.com for more information. However, if your package is already in transit, you will have to contact the carrier to reroute the package.

Of course! If you have not received tracking information, then please reach out to support@sparqcreations.com for a refund. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank institution.

We are very sorry about this! Please reach out to support@sparqcreations.com within 7 days of delivery so we can process a replacement order.

Refunds + Exchanges

At Sparq Creations, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products that have been damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is sent to Sparq Creations within 3 days of delivery.

You may return your unused candle for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. For further details, please contact us at support@sparqcreations.com.
